Now Hiring: Pest Control Technician (Full-Time)

Compensation: $27–$32/hour

Location: San Francisco

Employment Type: Full-time

Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 after 12 months

Position Overview

Sleep Tight Group Corp. is growing, and we’re hiring licensed, self-reliant Branch 2 Field Representatives. This is a technician-only role — no sales required, no pressure — with full support from our office scheduling team. Your focus will be on delivering expert treatment and top-tier service to our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform pest control treatments at residential and commercial sites

  • Recommend and implement preventative solutions

  • Document service reports and site updates via our internal app

  • Ensure compliance with all pest control regulations

  • Collaborate with the Sleep Tight team for seamless client service

  • Use proper PPE and safety procedures at all times

  • Deliver top-tier service using Integrated Pest Management (IPM)

What You Need

  • Branch 2 Field Representative License (required)

  • Experience as a licensed tech (Branch 2)

  • Valid CA driver’s license + clean driving record

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong communication and attention to detail
