Now Hiring: Pest Control Apprentice

Compensation: $23.00/hour

Location: San Francisco

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

Sleep Tight Group Corp. is hiring part-time Pest Control Apprentice team members, with the opportunity for full-time employment after a 90-day probation period. This is a hands-on, field-based position supporting pest control and heat treatment services. No license required — just strong work ethic, teamwork, and reliability.

What You’ll Do

IPM Technician (Integrated Pest Management):

  • Remove clutter, trash, and old furniture

  • Perform light janitorial tasks (sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces)

  • Pack tenant belongings, clear debris, and grime

  • Vacuum pests using a shop-vacuum

  • Launder bedding and clothing

  • Help prep units for licensed technicians

  • Assist with junk hauling

HEAT Treatment Technician:

  • Load and unload equipment

  • Monitor heat equipment for safety and consistency

  • Rotate furniture for airflow

  • Use fans, sensors, and iPads to support treatments

What You Need

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to lift/move 50 lbs (unassisted)

  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime

  • Teamwork mindset and professional appearance
